This is one of my favorite places to bring my pups as a destination for our car rides. They love mingling and running around with the other friends in the park. This little closed off section is my favorite spot to let my pups run free. It's hard finding places in the Rockaways where they can be as free and safe to roam off leash.
The cache is accessible from the sidewalk so you do not have to enter the park to fetch this one. If you bring your dog, take some time to have a look around. It's really a nice place for the pups.
Be sure to bring a pen. No room for that in this one. Just a logbook.
