30kms from New Plymouth. 7kms from S.H.3. End of York Road, the last bit is gravel. Park car then through the gate, 100m up track turn left at sign. Follow boardwalk then take right fork.
DoC time suggestion for The Loop Track that is attached to this cach is 3hrs, we did it in less than 1.5hrs and that included checking the cache.
It is an easy walk through bush.
