This cache is along a road between St. Gregor and Muenster that the students in my school used to refer to as the "21 Curves Road", as it contained 21 curves. It has since been straightened out, so some of the curves no longer exist. If you drive the whole road, count the curcves to see the amount you come up with. Part of the road is not all weather, so time your drive accordingly.
