Geocache Description:

Welcome to the Fall Fest 2025 81 Grid Series

This series will offer a variety of DT ratings throughout Brantford and Brant County - be prepared for almost anything. They are being placed for GCAX1X1 Fall Fest 2025, but are not part of the GeoChallenge and are NOT challenge caches. Some will be park and grabs, while others will involve longer hikes or TOTTs. Please check the descriptions and attributes for each cache and do not attempt anything outside of your comfort zone. These caches are being placed to appeal to a wide variety of caching levels and abilities.

The cache IS located at the posted coordinates.

You are looking for a tiny black magnetic nano hidden at the posted coordinates. You will need to bring a pen to sign the log. Please replace exactly as found.

About this cache:

Batter up, cacher!

You’ve stepped up to the plate, but this cache isn’t going to serve you a fastball down the middle. Oh no — this one’s got more spin than a veteran pitcher with a wicked curve. Hidden deep in the bleachers of this ballpark, you’re going to need more than rookie luck to knock this one out of the park. This cache has struck out more seekers than a slider in the dirt. It’s been known to bench even the most seasoned geocaching MVPs. So lace up your cleats, bring your A-game, and don’t forget your mitt — you might just need it.

Here’s the scouting report:

  • Tools may come in handy, but are not required, just patience, precision, and a sharp eye - although you may feel it before you see it.

  • Muggle activity is heavy during games, so keep your signals subtle (or come back after the game is done).

  • Stealth is key — don’t get caught stealing a base (or the cache)!

  • The cache is a real utility player: it blends in with the team, hides in plain sight, and never lets its guard down.

Pro Tips from the Dugout:

  • Don’t swing for the fences too early — inspect every nook like a scout eyeing a top draft pick.

  • The bleachers might look like an easy double, but this is a full count situation. Every detail matters.

  • Some cachers say it’s hiding in the "sweet spot," but no one agrees on where that is. Don’t be afraid to go into extra innings.

Log it only when you’ve truly scored. No pinch hitters allowed. 😉

So, are you ready to go the distance and find this elusive cache? Or will this be another strikeout in your caching stats? Step up to the bleachers and see if you can crack the lineup of those who’ve made the find.

Good luck, slugger. This is no minor league hide. And if you don't like this hide, blame NFJK... his similar hide was the inspiration for this one.
