North Albany Park is a part of the Benton Natural Areas and Parks. It sits on what used to be agricultural land. The park contains a large covered picnic shelter with running water, BBQs, and cooktops. There are trails, a playground, and green space for dogs to run free.
Legend has it that trees in the Northwest are home to some elusive creatures. North Albany Park is no exception. Look with a careful eye to see if you can be one of the lucky ones to spot one of these creatures. Stopping by the waypoint will offer a little help. Please return everything just as you found it.
Park hours are 7am to 10pm. Bring your own pen.
The 2025 AGC is a series of 15 physical caches, plus 2 sets of Adventure Labs, all highlighting Albany's Parks. Passports for the coin challenge can be picked up and returned to Comfort Suites at 100 Opal Ct, Albany. When completed, cachers can earn a limited edition geocoin, while supplies last. One coin per household, please.
** Update** 8/17/25 There are about 50 passports and coins left.
