On October 10, 1911, the Wuchang Uprising erupted. On the morning of November 3, revolutionaries in Shanghai launched an anti-Qing uprising, capturing the Shanghai County Office, the Shanghai Circuit Intendant's Office, and the Jiangnan Arsenal. Against this backdrop, on November 5, Jiangsu Governor Cheng Dequan, propelled by revolutionary forces, used a bamboo pole to remove several roof tiles from the Governor's Office. The office was then rebranded as the "Military Government of the Republic of China, Jiangsu Governor's Office," declaring Jiangsu Province's independence from the Qing court.
The cache is located at the site of this historic event, whose former premises are now a cultural heritage protection unit in Jiangsu Province. This location also serves as the EP1 relay station for CRP-GS3, carrying the painful cherished memories of 🐱 and 🐰.
