This bonus cache and the accompanying Adventure Lab celebrate the accomplishments of Dr. Norman Borlaug, called the "Father of the Green Revolution." On this Adventure, you'll visit five stops at the Norman E. Borlaug Hall of Laureates grounds, a beautiful place to visit in any season. You'll also learn about how Dr. Borlaug, a native Iowan, has done more to prevent hunger, famine and misery around the world, and has "saved more lives than any other person who has ever lived."
This AL will involve some walking around the grounds area, over flat and level pavement surfaces. All areas should also be handicapped accessible.
While the settings are for non-sequential play, the AL will make the most sense if you start at the north side of the building (near the river) and move through the stops in a counter clockwise fashion. After one of the stops, the coordinates will be revealed for this bonus cache. Thank you for coming to visit this tribute to a notable Iowan and learn about the Father of the Green Revolution!
