If you take the time to come out here, take time to sit, have a picnic, and enjoy watching the airplanes take off and land. It's a lot of fun and very peaceful! This cache is on Airport property and I did get permission from the Manager of this airport from the Metropolitan Airports Commission to place this cache at this location.
There is a small parking lot and a paved path that leads to this covered shelter area. It has a concrete base, two picnic tables and a garbage. There is not a reliable bathroom facility. If the Airport lounge is open next door you might be able to get in for a bathroom. This viewing areas was an Eagle Scout Service Project in 2017. Enjoy!
