The Ballarat Monthly Lunch Event celebrates its 2nd anniversary this month, meaning we've had 24 months of trying our local eating establishments. These have been mainly hotels, but also includes a couple of events at the Turf Club, Golf Club and other sport clubs. This month we are heading to Pipers by the Lake. The details of the event are:
When: Thursday 21st August 2025
Times: 12.00pm - 1.30pm
Where: Pipers by the Lake - 403 Wendouree Parade, Lake Wendouree
The lunch menu is online at www pipersbythelake dot com dot au and although not an extensive menu, there should be something there for everyone. Feel free to have a look.
The idea for the monthly lunch is simply to get together with other cachers to meet up and discuss all things caching. With this year marking the 25th anniversay of geocaching, there is certainly a lot happening in the world of caching.
There is plenty of free, on street car parking outside the restaurant.
If you can join us at this months lunch, please log your will attend by COB Tuesday 19 August so I can confirm numbers with the venue.
