Continuing up the ditch-bank trail. I found it a nice forest stroll that continues here as we get closer to Hole In The Wall.
None are too far from the road, and some not too rough to access directly. Some are up a steep hill with treefall, rocks, the works. Why steep bushwhack when you can stroll?
This is a water drainage next to the natural creek bed in places, so beware of flash flood potential! If it's raining here or higher up on the mountain, go somewhere else.
Old juniper has two nice left-foot limbs, a small right-foot branch stub. Reach across to the piñon. No wire so natural TOTT will be harder.
More water makes it here, so poison ivy is around.
Enjoy!
