This is a cache in a not well known about spot where all water from the shopping centers above drains into these ponds. It's well secluded away from muggles so no need to worry about them. There is an easy way to find this and a hard way. This is where an old cache used to be that I found. Suprised that so many good caches get archived. BYOP
