This cache is named after yet another impressive new science and technology related development nearing completion 100m to the east, the "New Spectrum of the Greater Bay Area Science and Technology Innovation Corridor" (大湾区科创走廊新光谱).
Along with the long and unwieldy name it has multiple levels and playful design elements and anybody is free to enter. It seems the ground floor levels will feature shops, but the interior decorations and finishing touches are still being applied as of July 2025. One thing they seem to have figured out, or perhaps it's just a happy coincidence, is that having interconnecting winding walkways at the first floor podium level not only joins up all the buildings but also provides the added benefit of shading the ground floor.
The modern software, R&D and tech related office parks are able to allow people in to wander around while the more box-shaped manufacturing facilities are obviously more constrained in this regard.
