This cache will take you along the spring trail which is a way up and down without doing all the stairs and get you to see another angle of the park and maybe some wild life. I saw a black bear while preparing this cache up by the upper parking loit.
This area doesn't get as many muggles but still be aware of them. This is hike is steep in spots with many tripping hazards along the trail. The trail is very slippery after rains. Enjoy the hike and don't forget to see the falls!
Amicalola Falls is a state park and requires a $5.00 entrance fee unless you have the yearly state park pass. Stop in the vistor's center to learn more about the park. There is camoing and lodging onsite if you desire to spend a few days here.
