Timber Linn is one of Albany's largest parks. It was created after the land was aquired in the early 1970's. The lake and Veteran's Memorial are highlights. The park also includes sports fields, a disc golf course, playground, picnic areas, and trails.
Timber Linn's Bark Park will take you near the dog park at Timber Linn. A short walk along the lake's bank and around the trees will get you to GZ. Keep your eyes out for dragonflies and other wildlife at this beautiful park. note: This cache is not in or near posion oak. There is no need to go into the trees where the poison oak is growing.
Bring your own pen. Park hours are 7AM to 8PM.
The 2025 AGC is a series of 15 physical caches, plus 2 sets of Adventure Labs, all highlighting Albany's Parks. Passports for the coin challenge can be picked up and returned to Comfort Suites at 100 Opal Ct, Albany. When completed, cachers can earn a limited edition geocoin, while supplies last. One coin per household, please.
