Nenakonice kdysi bývaly majetkem Olomouckého markrabství. Byl zde postaven zámek který stojí do dnes. V roce 1952 byly Nenakonice sloučeny s obcemi Rakodavy aVěrovany. Od té doby jsou Nenakonice součástí obce Věrovany.
