At the location, you would see a sign that is a relic from the past. In the 90s, you could only make calls from your mobile phone if you stood near the sign. You are only allowed to make calls out and never receive calls. Unfortunately, the service only lasted briefly as mobile technology caught up quickly.
There is also another signage next to this that warns night market traders not to trade illegally in CD, VCD and DVD. Another relic from the past that marked the technology of the period.
