"Peridot"

Peridot is a gem-quality variety of olivine, a magnesium-iron silicate mineral. It's known for its distinctive yellowish-green to olive-green color and is the birthstone for August. Peridot is found in volcanic rocks, and some rare specimens have even been found in meteorites according to Koser Jewelers and With Clarity.
