Welcome to the Fall Fest 2025 81 Grid Series
This series will offer a variety of DT ratings throughout Brantford and Brant County - be prepared for almost anything. They are being placed for GCAX1X1 Fall Fest 2025, but are not part of the GeoChallenge and are NOT challenge caches. Some will be park and grabs, while others will involve longer hikes or TOTTs. Please check the descriptions and attributes for each cache and do not attempt anything outside of your comfort zone. These caches are being placed to appeal to a wide variety of caching levels and abilities.
Meet the Mounties - M0M0f5!
Thousands and thousands of hours go into planning and executing a mega event. We really couldn't do it without our AMAZING team of Event Mounties, who take ownership of a portion of the event and allow us to run a ton of on-site games and activities for everyone to enjoy without needing to be in 10 places at once.
We want to take the opportunity to introduce M0M0f5 (aka Shannon) - our Event Store & Will Call Pick Up Event Mountie! M0M0f5 has been one of our biggest resources during the planning stages of Fall Fest - we thank her for her unending patience as we ask her 10,000 questions about everything and anything to do with event planning! As one of the MWGB Fab 5 since 2017, her knowledge and expertise has been invaluable in helping us get through our first year in planning.
M0M0f5 has also saved Pasha88's life TWICE at two different mega events in the last year with her quick epi-pen deployment - as we like to say, she puts the Epi in EPIC, one mega at a time! (Although we SERIOUSLY hope she doesn't need to use those skills a third time at Fall Fest...)
When she's not planning MWGB or helping us with Fall Fest, she can be found attending other major events across North America, caching in as many different states and countries as she can, or spending time with her 5 kids. During Fall Fest, you will likely find M0M0f5 following Pasha88 around with an epi-pen (just in case), or checking in on the event store and will-call to provide her years of knowledge and expertise on having this process run effectively and efficiently all weekend long.
The caches in this section of the road will be a little bit trickier and as such, have been given appropriate DT ratings. They are not designed to have you spend hours looking fruitlessly in the woods, but will give you a bit of a challenge. Hint - BigGuy placed them - look up! This one is a 3D printed owl container, hanging at the posted coordinates.
