Welcome to the Fall Fest 2025 81 Grid Series
This series will offer a variety of DT ratings throughout Brantford and Brant County - be prepared for almost anything. They are being placed for GCAX1X1 Fall Fest 2025, but are not part of the GeoChallenge and are NOT challenge caches. Some will be park and grabs, while others will involve longer hikes or TOTTs. Please check the descriptions and attributes for each cache and do not attempt anything outside of your comfort zone. These caches are being placed to appeal to a wide variety of caching levels and abilities.
Meet the Mounties - BWJM!

Thousands and thousands of hours go into planning and executing a mega event. We really couldn't do it without our AMAZING team of Event Mounties, who take ownership of a portion of the event and allow us to run a ton of on-site games and activities for everyone to enjoy without needing to be in 10 places at once.
We want to take the opportunity to introduce Brent - our Prize Event Mountie! Brent, aka BWJM, is known as the local FTF hound in the Region of Waterloo (and into Brant, Oxford, Wellington and beyond, when the opportunity presents itself). With more than 31,000 finds and 600 hides, it's safe to say that BWJM is a VERY active part of the local caching community!
BWJM will be overseeing the Prize Ticket Redemption and instant win prizes during Fall Fest - he's the guy you're going to want to speak to to redeem your game cards and GeoChallenge passport for prizes and prize tickets! BWJM will be overseeing the game card redemption table in Bi-Centennial Building throughout the weekend, and will also be helping with the prize distribution following the closing ceremonies. Basically, if you want to take home some of the more than $7000 worth of prizes and freebies, he's your guy!!
The caches in this section of the road will be a little bit trickier and as such, have been given appropriate DT ratings. They are not designed to have you spend hours looking fruitlessly in the woods, but will give you a bit of a challenge. Hint - BigGuy placed them - look up! This one is a 3D printed owl container, hanging at the posted coordinates.
This cache was originally placed for Fall Fest 2025! by a proud member of GeocacheON and has since been adopted by BWJM.
