EACH CACHE PLACED VIA IPHONE GPS.  Not all GPSs are the same and sometimes interference and differing carriers are a factor.  Give your device time to lock onto the coordinates and/or consider widening your search.

Located along Water Street and Island Lane the park is situated on the past site of Logan Town, an Indian village that sat at the confluence of the Ohio and Beaver Rivers. The park is on the site of the historic Girard Lock and offers a wide range of fishing and recreational opportunities in the Ohio and Beaver Rivers, as well as access to the rivers for boating. Riverfront Park offers a level 2-mile paved round-trip walking trail, with historical signage along the way. The trail offers a unique view of the Ohio and Beaver Rivers and wildlife such as ducks, geese, blue herons, beavers, or the many species of fish along the shoreline.
