One of the best qualities of geocachers like ourselves is that we are willing to take time out of our days to clean up parts of the city that need help. My focus for the past nine CITOs I have held this year was to clean up spots that were full of trash. There are a select few from that list that I would like to visit again before the end of the year, but before we do that, I have a couple last spots in mind. Compared to previous locations I've held CITOs at this year, Sam Smith Park is a relatively clean place, but, since us geocachers are skillful at finding hidden items, I'm sure there will be no shortage of trash to find here.
Meet me at Sam Smith Park for an hour of CITOing between 9 and 10 am on August 24th. I will provide trash bags but you will need to bring your own trash grabbers and/or gloves, as well as any other equipment you may need.

*Use caution when picking up trash and be aware of your surroundings at all times. I, the event host, am not responsible for any injuries that may occur during this event.
My goal for 2025 is to host at least one CITO per month, plus a few bonus ones, to host a total of 17 CITOs this year. You can view my live CITO schedule here if you wish.
