The cache is hidden on the Kissing Bridge Trail, which runs from Guelph to Millbank. It is part of an old rail line (now removed) that ran parallel to Highway #86. The trail is still under construction. The trail entrance that leads to the cache is at N43 35.293 W80 26.445. Parking is just up from the trail on the side of the road.
The “This and That Cache” was originally hidden by Lynx1 and the Hunter.
When they hid it it was made up of small tradable items placed in a small black screw top container. It will only accommodate small items so don’t bring anything larger. Check out the photo. The contents when placed were as follows: 3 small glue sticks 2 stick on plastic strap holders 6 plastic tie straps 1 small pad lock with keys 1 small box of matches 1 small metal dog snap 1 metal anchor shackle 1 stick on trailer level 1 small roll of electrical tape 1 small roll of solder 1 sticky notes Log book; pencil and sharpener. Please leave in cache. And it all fits in. So have fun getting it all back in. When parking at the side of the road beware of the soft road shoulder. A new log book was placed in the cache on Feb. 28, 2004.
