Geocache Description:

a Hidden Shaft by the Creek

GCBA7MP· Placed by Trifonche
Description

The abandoned tunnel, known among urban explorers as Object A, has long held an air of mystery. Its dark mouth hidden in the forest invites those drawn to forgotten places and the quiet stories they tell — echoes of an unknown past still linger here, tempting the curious. Finding it is surprisingly easy; its location has been shared, mapped, and discussed for years.

The ease of access is visible, as traces from visitors are scattered all around, but the path itself leads through green nature, offering a peaceful walk beneath tall trees before reaching the tunnel’s shadowy entrance.

Along the way, remnants of structures prepared for the railway are still visible — bridge bases, concrete shaft collars, and other forgotten elements scattered in the woods.

When visiting in autumn, with the green cover gone, the concrete reinforcement bank on the other side of the creek is impossible to miss — and nearby, an intriguing hole draws attention. Is it a shaft, a short service tunnel? Where could it possibly lead? It almost seems to beg to be explored.

Yet how to get closer? A steep, stony slope rises above, a high wall drops below, and prickly undergrowth blocks the way… the choice is yours. But let it be clear — I take no responsibility for any harm or accident.
