På tur til Munkan #1: Sherpatrappa
Litt opp i terrenget, fra platået Aksla, starter Lofotens nyeste sherpatrapp, fullført i 2024.
384 trappetrinn seinere og du trør opp på Ballstadheia. Derfra kan du skrå over, gå turen innom Nonstinden (459 moh), på vei til den litt høyere Munkan 493 (moh).
Men ikke glem å få med deg den første cachen i denne serien, som ligger nettopp, langs sherpatrappa.
Alle cachene er petrør, ment å være enkle å finne. Spoiler finner du enten i beskrivelsen, eller i bildegalleri.
Ved utlegg målte klokka mi ca. 3 km fra bilen og opp til Munkan, og det tok meg ca. 2 timer med utlegg.
Legg på en time til retur, altså, 3, også har du sånn cirkus.

ENG: A little above your starting point, from the plateau Aksla, is where Lofoten's newest sherpa stairs start, finished in 2024.
They take you 384 steps up to Ballstadheia, where you can cross over and follow the path towards Nonstinden (459 m.) on your way to the little taller Munkan (493 m.).
Don't forget to pass by this first cache of the series following the path to Munkan, which you will find, in fact, on your way up the sherpa steps.
All the caches are petlings and meant to be easy to find. You'll find spoilers in either the description or the gallery.
Please put the cache back in its place!
Consider at least 3 hours for this hike, including caching time, to be safe.
