What happens when you are driving along the road and a red spanner comes up on the dash with Danger no coolant - drive no further?
This happened to 'Jen' whilst she drove along the Old Princes Road between Kanmantoo and Dawesley. She immediately pulled over into a convenient side road and stopped to call the RAA. Trouble was she has stopped in a mobile phone dead spot and couldn't make any calls.
So she flagged over a passing car which happened to contain me, an avid geocacher. I stopped and drove her to Kanmantoo so she could call the RAA and then returned her to her car to wait for them. Our conversation turned to geocaching (as it usually does with me) and I explained it to her whilst waiting for the RAA. The place where we were stopped was serence, tall gums, green grass from recent rains and sheep peacefully grazing in the nearby paddocks. A lovely spot for a geocache. And so a Geocache was placed, and one that is needed for the current treasure hunt. But please remember this is a bit of a mobile phone dead spot!
