This is a small bison tube hanging in an evergreen at the start of the Mount Caesar loop. The parking lot has ample space for 5+ cars, and is listed as a waypoint. A short walk through the cemetery path will bring you to the cache.
A Garmin eTrex was used to capture the coordinates, but accuracy can be affected by surroundings and signal strength. If your GPS provides a better set of coordinates, feel free to include them in your log to help improve the search for others.
