Folklore was relased in July 2020. She announced this album the day before it's release, as a surprise after her planned tour had been cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic. It's a much more mellow album filled with ballads, contrasting to the bubble gum pop album she previously released, and was the first of her ablums to have a parental advisory label. It won the Grammy award for the Album of the Year, and Taylor became the first woman in history to win that award three times.
