第5回全国de一斉公開

京都山科小金塚から滋賀県の大津に抜ける小関越え峠の山道と車道の合流地点です。
ここまで上がってきた証拠に写真を撮りたくなります。
大津はここから右に下ります。
琵琶湖疏水の第一トンネルの入り口、疏水の始まりの場所もみれます。

This is the junction of the mountain road and the highway that connects Koganezuka in Yamashina, Kyoto, to Otsu in Shiga Prefecture.
You'll want to take a photo as proof that you made it this far.
Otsu is down to the right from here.
You can also see the entrance to the first tunnel of the Biwa Lake Canal, which is where the canal begins.
