Signal the Frog walks to a set of coordinates written on a weathered note dated, August 23th 2025, at 5:30 PM. He heads on foot on the Prince William Parkway Trail until he's at GZ. He looks around the area for 10 minutes but finds nothing. Disappointed, he turns around and heads back to the trail until, the sounds of the winds start to talk to him, louder everytime. He turns back around quickly, as if a fly landed on him. It was clear. It was the trees! Tall, mighty, and intimidating.
Council of Trees: Traveler, you have wandered far for this. You wish for this cache, yes?
Signal the frog freezes for a second then, answers.
Signal the Frog: Yes.
Signal the Frog stood there for a minute. He didnt know if they got his message but before he could say something-
Council of Trees: Very well, we have been holding this for years now, and it is time to pass it on.
Suddenly, the cache pops into his hand. Its a pill bottle with the log, a note explaining geocaching to any muggle, and 2 small pencils.
Signal the Frog stares at the trees in disbelief.
Council of Trees: You may be the first to inscribe your name onto this log.
Signal the Frog smirks.
Signal the Frog: This isnt about the logging... it’s about the journey.
Then, Signal the Frog places it in the nearest tree then, walks away. Giving it to the next traveler.
