World Wide Flash Mob (WWFM) time is here!!
We begin our WWFM XXII pillow fight showdown in park opposite
GAWLER POST OFFICE & 3 WHITELAW TERRACE, GAWLER
on Saturday 23 August from 11:30am-midday
We are trying to successfully do a synchronised link up with Sydney and other states!
In past years, Kazoos were played on a public stage, telephone conversations on bananas, a public pillow fight, bubbles dropped on a Bandstand, model paper aeroplanes made and flown on a river bank, and something about lost marbles!
YOUR INSTRUCTIONS IF YOU CHOOSE TO ACCEPT THIS !
Randomly assemble along WHITELAW TERRACE, GAWLER near GZ
11:30AM Nothing suspicious here. You are already hanging around admiring the JAMES MARTIN MONUMENT in groups of two or three people teams ready to start "fighting". Keep mingling until 11:40 and everyone is here.
11:40 FIRST SHORT ALARM - Get ready, Get set ............ GO !
11:45AM SECOND ALARM : Commence the WWFM XXII PILLOW FIGHT - stay in park area
11:46AM THIRD ALARM : After ONE minute and we will stop fluffing around
Reassemble at the JAMES MARTIN MONUMENT GAWLER to
1) sign the Log Book, AND 2) have an Official Photograph taken for WWFM XXII
The Pillow Fight will happen RAIN, HAIL OR SHINE
We know what you are all like so bring SOFT PILLOWS or CUSHIONS.
Rules of engagement:
- Get there early
- Act like a muggle before the event starts
- Enjoy the fun spirit of the WWFM
- At the end of the event, leave without a trace
