Chadwick Pond in Bradford is a nice place to paddle. No motorized craft. Quiet with very little shoreline development. Two conservation areas abutting with several caches. Good fishing. Lots of wildlife. Lots of reasons to visit.
Due to changing conditions throughout the summer you may need to approach this by paddling counterclockwise through a gap in the " peninsula" south-east of WP1 that does not show on maps but has always been navigable.
Waypoints may be found by "waterwalking" in winter if snow is under about a foot!
