Welcome to another Daring Chix Multi! This one is quite a bit less daring in many ways, as I will mainly be daring you to sit down and take a rest! But it's not in the most welcoming area. . . . As you walk around, be careful, for you may find broken glass, plenty of litter, and other potentially treacherous spots along the street. (If anyone would like company for safety, please feel free to DM me - AdequateFootwear - or post a note to the cache page, and we can work out a time to get together at posted. I cannot give out hints or direct you to the cache, but there is safety in numbers.)
Note that this cache is NOT accessible from the highways. You will need to be parked in the neighborhoods below and on your feet. There is free parking on the streets in Hawley-Green (the neighborhood north of 690), but the parking lots under the highways themselves appear to be permit-only.
Anyways, at the posted coordinates you will find a big metal bench. Your first job is to sit down and take a rest.

Once you feel rested, open up the compass app on your phone or the compass feature on your GPS, or pull out a good ol' compass. Take a reading of the bearing you are facing, to the nearest degree. Let this be X.
Now, project a waypoint for 1,426 feet with a bearing of X°. Walk (or drive, if you're not feeling daring and want to deal with the drama of parking again) to this new waypoint and look for the final cache at these new coordinates. Be careful in the crosswalks!
At the final, you will be looking for a light blue bison tube, to match the blue color of the bench when the cache was placed. The bench seems to change colors all the time, though, so who knows how long that color will last!
