This cache is one of many that have been placed for the Genesee Parks 2025 Community Celebration Event on this specific trail. Permission to place this cache has been granted by the Genesee County Parks.
Richfield County Park is open at 8:00 AM daily. The gates are locked at sunset, so be sure to leave the park by that time. Parking is available at 5045 Stanley Rd, Flint Mi or at 6322 N Irish Rd, Davison Mi. For any emergencies contact the Ranger by calling 911 and asking for a Ranger For contacting the Ranger for non- emergency situations call 810-736-7100.
Please be aware of any nearby muggles while searching for this cache. Try to trade evenly when possible. Hide the cache as found when finished. Do not leave the cache out in the open. To log a find on this cache , you must actually find it and sign the log. Failure to do so will result in deletion of your online find.
The trail is a nicely paved the entire distance from Stanley Rd to N Irish Rd and used by walkers, runners and bikers of all types. You will see lots of wild life including deer, fox, chipmunks and squirrels. Waiting in hiding are the truly untamed mosquitoes, deer flies and ticks which are not only untamed but persistent and unruly in their quest to pester you to suck the blood out of any and all. The terrain off the path can be tricky including wet areas best accessed with muck boots.
