September 6th, 2025 is National Read-a-Book Day, a day each year dedicated to, well, reading a good book. To help you find that good book to read, come join us for this book swapping event at the Prescott Public Library in Founders Suite A from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM. Here are the details:
- Come to the library to meet with fellow geocachers to talk about geocaching and books.
- Bring as many books as you'd like to swap. Paperbacks and hardcovers are both welcome. Here's your chance to clean out those old books from your bookshelves and cabinets and pass them on to someone else to enjoy.
- Go home with a good book or two to read, maybe picked up from the swap or maybe from the library.
- All unclaimed books from the swap will be donated to the library.
- Event ends with a random drawing for several new geocaching-themed books provided by yours truly.
Note that the library closes at 5:00 PM, so plan accordingly if you'd like to browse the stacks before or after the event. I look forward to seeing you there!
