This cache was originally placed for the seventh annual Greater Omaha Grave Hop, an event that takes place in the Omaha area. The caches are located in and around cemeteries. Please be respectful and search for the caches between dawn and dusk.
Please note that this is a field-puzzle multi cache; you will need to visit the Waypoint coordinates to figure out the coordinates to the final stage.
Prospect Hill Cemetery is open every day from 8:00 AM to sunset. The area at the final location is open from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM. This cache is only available during these times.
Final location: No parking on the street; park at the nearby community center. Turn on your stealth mode!
Please note that this is a field-puzzle multi cache. You will need to visit posted waypoints to figure out the coordinates to the final stage. Posted coordinates are very close to Waypoint 1.
This multi cache explores some interesting names in Prospect Hill Cemetery. Visit each of the Waypoints to see which flora (plant) or fauna (animal) matches which gravestone. Some given and some last names are used for this puzzle. Then enter the corresponding digits in order of the Waypoints. When you’ve visited all 6 Waypoints, you’ll have the coords to the final.
Keep in mind: None of the clues below will be “used” more than once. Allow for minor differences in spelling between the name and the word (e.g., "Fisher" = "fish".) A couple of the clues won’t be used at all.
