Zero Tasking Day is celebrated on the first Sunday in November every year. Zero Tasking Day encourages us to dedicate and celebrate peace and calm and teaches people that in a fast-moving environment, it is okay to pause and reflect, or pause and appreciate life. It is an intentional approach to doing nothing stressful for a better approach and outlook on life. Some have termed it a productivity booster; resting for a while gives the brain a boost and a new view on tasks ahead and how to tackle them.
As geocachers we are very task driven so I thought doing a simple event on this day would be great way for us to still get a task of getting a cache without having to put that much effort in! 😉
I will have treats for this an event and there will be a log book that is optional to sign!
