I have put this Geocache out in honour of Avril Lavigne, who grew up here in Napanee. This is one of 15 Caches I have put out in this series in the area, and this one was put out in time for the 2025 L&A Geocaching Weekend. I have been a fan of Avril long before I started Geocaching in 2012. "What the Hell" is a song from 2011. She describes this song as her personal message for freedom.
