La aproximativ doi kilometri deasupra localității Berca, bine mascate de pădure, descoperim Fierbatorile din Berca, cel de-al patrulea și ultim areal vulcanic noroios din subcarpații de curbură.
Locul, numit de localnici La fierbători, este mai puțin cunoscut, neavând renumele pe care îl au platourile de la Paclele Mari, Paclele Mici sau Vulcanii de la Beciu. Mult mai interesant decât celelalte trei, este format din două platouri distincte, aflate la câteva sute de metri distanță unul de celălalt. Descoperim aici, printre conducte și sonde în activitate, un adevărat labirint format printre pâlcuri de copaci și conurile vulcanilor stinși, dar găsim și vulcani activi, cu noroi sau cu țiței. Pentru explorarea zonei, cu o diferență de nivel de vreo 80 m între extreme, recomandăm echipament adecvat și o bună condiție fizică. Fierbătorile din Berca nu sunt încă un obiectiv turistic oficial, dar există spre ei indicatoare de orientare din centrul comunei. Platourile vulcanice din Berca nu au statut derezervatie naturala,nefiind în niciun fel protejate.

About two kilometers above the village of Berca, well concealed by the forest, we discover the Boiling Pots of Berca, the fourth and last muddy volcanic area in the curvature of the Subcarpathians.
The place, known by locals as "La fierbatori," is less known, lacking the fame of the plateaus of Paclele Mari, Paclele Mici, or the Volcanoes of Beciu. Much more interesting than the other three, it consists of two distinct plateaus located a few hundred meters apart. Here, among active pipes and wells, we find a true labyrinth formed among clusters of trees and the cones of extinct volcanoes, but we also find active volcanoes with mud or crude oil. For exploring the area, with an elevation difference of about 80 m between the extremes, we recommend suitable equipment and good physical condition. The Boiling Pots of Berca are not yet an official tourist attraction, but there are directional signs leading to them from the center of the commune. The volcanic plateaus of Berca do not have status of a natural reserve, not being protected in any way.
