The large rock is a special geological formation, and an
information table is located at the site. The information table
carries information in svenska, English and Deutsch.
The cache is a white plastic container.
We had quite some equipment when determining the location of the
cache: two 4.5V batteries were supplying a Garmin GPS 25 card with
power. An external antenna was also connected to the GPS card. The
card was then hooked to a portable computer, which ran a terminal
program for reading out the NMEA-sentences, which contains
coordinates, among other things.
