byop! Few trinkets inside and a trackable!
It started as a perfectly normal bus trip to Wolf Trap — sushi trays passed down the aisle, volleyballs bouncing off the overhead bins — until a bright white Volkswagen Beetle cut off the bus.
In the confusion, someone spiked a California roll so hard it shot out the open bus window, ricocheted off the Beetle’s hood, and disappeared into the trees. The driver never stopped — probably because the Beetle driver was too busy peeling a banana with one hand.
When the bus finally pulled over, the sushi was gone. A search party followed the trail of soy sauce packets and found the roll tucked neatly inside a hollow wooden “locker” that nature had built. The team decided to store a little container of memories there for anyone lucky (or unlucky) enough to stumble upon it.
So now, if you find this spot, know you’ve discovered not just a geocache, but the legendary final resting place of The Great Beetle Roll.
