1/17/2004 - Went out to San Clemente and replaced the cache. The coords have changed a little but it is very close to the original location.
This was placed while we were camping at San Clemente State Park. Easy hike down to the beach (or you can drive down to the parking area).
You can hear the waves and if a train is coming by, you should be able to hear the whistle. The cache is in a small plastic jar that used to contain beef jerky chips.
The new contents are:

Boeing luggage lock
Golden dollar
Susan B dollar
Mini Boeing keychain pen
3 polished stones
a couple of photos (one with us at the cache site)
Pencil to log in entry on the back of the disclaimer (didn't have a log book with us)
