TWEEZERS are needed.

I have found lots of these but this is the first one I have hidden. Trying to add some new cachces in the area. Please pull into the neighboorhood on Refuge Circle to park along the street instead of parking on East Bay/399. 

Was placed wthout leaving the sidewalk.
