This is designed to be an easy park and grab find. It is at a fairly large pull off overlooking Raccoon Creek. There usually are random corporate vehicles parked here during the late morning to early afternoon hours. It is apparently a nice place to pull over and have a break from their work days. You may have company while here and need to be a bit sneaky to retrieve this one.
The container is something that I've had for a while and have been waiting for a place to release it back into the wild. HOPfully it brings a smile to your face.
