The Geocachers of the Bay Area would like to invite you to our annual Geocaching International Film Festival (GIFF) event!

Geocaching is a fun outdoor adventuring hobby for the whole family, using GPS coordinates to seek hidden containers, called "geocaches.". As part of our semi-regular Geocaching International Film Festival (GIFF), geocachers from around the world create short, family-friendly films, themed around their favorite hobby. Geocaching HQ selects a set of the best short films as finalists for our GIFF event.
The Geocachers of the Bay Area, is happy to bring GIFF 2025 to local geocachers and their friends. These films are great for experienced and newbie geocachers alike.  Join us for a fun event! We'll be showing the top selected finalists...a series of short movies that will make you laugh, learn and even think, as you see what media-minded creative geocachers have produced for this year's GIFF!
We'll be viewing all of these short films in a fun, informal atmosphere...plus everyone in attendance will be given the chance to vote for their favorite films. You might even learn a thing or two that you didn't know about geocaching!
