Use the sign at the posted coordinates to find the final location:
For the North coordinates, you need to add XY to the posted Latitude seconds (.409')
X = the first digit of the Water Wise Grass (6" - 12" Tall) savings in gallons.
Y = the last digit of the Total savings of gallons/year.
For the West coordinates, you need to add AB to the posted Longitude seconds (.817')
A = The last digit of the Water Wise grass saving of Gallons/year (from either line)
B = the 4th digit of the Xeriscape Planter beds savings of gallons/year
The final is within the park, not by the school. If your final coordinates are not in the park, or anywhere by the school or schoolyard then they are not correct
