Geocache Description:

A small cache in Tilak Rd, a residential street, that doubles as a busy thoroughfare for many pedestrians and rikshaws to the Santrcuz Railway Station.

The street is named after Bal Gangadhar ("Lokmanya") Tilak (1856-1920). Tilak  was an Indian independence activist. The British colonial authorities called him "The father of the Indian unrest". He was also conferred with the title of "Lokmanya" which means "accepted by the people as their leader". Mahatma Gandhi  called him "The Maker of Modern India". Tilak was one of the first and strongest advocates of Swaraj ('self-rule') and a strong radical in Indian consciousness. He is known for his quote in Marathi : "Swaraj is my birthright and I shall have it!". (Source: Wikipedia)

Note 1: You may consider coming back at a less busy hour if there are too many muggles ;)

Note 2: No need to enter private property.

Note 3: It is a city cache and hence keep in mind that GPS coordinates can be off by 3-4 meters.
