Geocache Description:

This cache is locacted on the west side of the oldest of the Library of Congress Buildings, just to the southeast of the Capitol.

Every cacher shall visit and leave me tribute to ensure their caches will remain dry. I have the power to find the smallest holes and fissures in your cache containers in which to invade with my destuctive force. Even the fanciest Ziplock bags cannot stop my power from turning you log books into mush. Decide carefully when you decide what tribute to leave. I am the final authority on that determine which caches remain dry. Pray that your caches fall under my watchful and protective gaze.

2. How many pairs of eyes belonging to representations of great American authors gaze down upon me from the windows above?

Do not post the answers to these questions to the web-page. However, please post the nature of the tribute that you left.
