Please join us Clwyd Road, Swansea on Saturday 6th September at 11am - midday.
We'll be near the blue car, at the coordinates, wearing high-viz vests during that time. You can't miss us.
The closest parking is along the road. It's quite a quiet road, with a great view.
We aim to be doing some litter picking in the grassy area below the road. There is a large grassy area, overgrown bushes and a couple of tarmacked paths running through the area. Although lots of the area is quite hilly, there is suitable terrain available for all levels of mobility to help with the litter-picking.
Litter pickers and bags will be provided, courtesy of "Keep Wales Tidy".
As you'll be near litter, please avoid wearing open-toed shoes/sandals. And, if you have any gardening gloves, please bring them along to use too.
Attending this CITO will qualify you for receiving the "Cache In Trash Out®, Season 2 2025" digital caching souvenir, if you haven't got it already.
If you'd like to come along, but haven't been to an event before, or don't know what to expect at a CITO, please send us a message. We'll ensure that you don't get left out.
Also, although the CITO lasts an hour, that's the length of time that we (the organisers) have to be there. Please feel free to drop in for as long as you want during that time. This is geocaching after all, we get to play it the way that suits us. Oh, and expect a bit of a geochat at the end if the weather doesn't drive us away. (Plus possibly some biscuits & pop if you're good.)
