đ GödöllĆi HĂV â A rĂ©gi Ăștvonal nyomĂĄban
đ HelyszĂn: Keleti pĂĄlyaudvar â Ărs vezĂ©r tere, Budapest
đ°ïž IdĆutazĂĄs: A mĂșlt nyomai 1970 elĆttrĆl
Aki a HungĂĄria körĂșttĂłl kifelĂ© halad a Kerepesi Ășton, Ă©szreveheti a furcsa ĂŒressĂ©get az Ășt bal szĂ©lĂ©n: a hĂĄzak elĆtt minden gyanĂșsan levegĆs, az autĂłk pedig szokatlan tĂĄvolsĂĄgban haladnak. đđš
A vasĂști hĂdon tĂșl egy-egy vĂĄgĂĄny bukkan elĆ, majd a fƱben tovĂĄbbi sĂnek csillannak meg â mindez a rĂ©gi gödöllĆi HĂV maradvĂĄnya.
đïž A vĂĄltozĂĄsok nyomai
- Baross tér åtrendezése: Ekkor szƱnt meg a közvetlen kapcsolat.
- 1970: A Kelet-nyugati metrĂł elsĆ szakaszĂĄnak megnyitĂĄsa utĂĄn a HĂV visszavĂĄgva az Ărs vezĂ©r terĂ©ig közlekedett. A rĂĄkosszentmihĂĄlyi vonal ekkor megszƱnt.
đ§ Az utolsĂł nyomok
Az Albertirsai Ășt utĂĄn a vĂĄgĂĄnyt ĂŒzemi összeköttetĂ©si cĂ©llal hagytĂĄk meg: a gödöllĆi vonalcsoport a törökĆri teherpĂĄlyaudvaron keresztĂŒl kapcsolĂłdik a MĂV hĂĄlĂłzatĂĄhoz.
- A vontatĂłvĂĄgĂĄny egynyomĂș, rövid szakaszon mindkĂ©t sĂn megmaradt.
- A felsĆvezetĂ©k a â90-es Ă©vek mĂĄsodik felĂ©ben, vagy 2000-ben kerĂŒlt eltĂĄvolĂtĂĄsra.
- KorĂĄbban villanymozdonyok, ma dĂzelmozdonyok vontatjĂĄk a javĂtĂĄsra vitt zöld HĂV-kocsikat.

đ GödöllĆ HĂV â Traces of the Old Route
đ Location: Keleti Railway Station â Ărs vezĂ©r tere, Budapest
đ°ïž Time Travel: Traces from before 1970
If you head outward from the HungĂĄria Boulevard along Kerepesi Road, you may notice a strange emptiness on the left side of the street: the area in front of the houses looks unusually open, and cars drive at a wider distance. đđš
Beyond the railway bridge, a track suddenly appears, and further rails glint in the grass â these are the remnants of the old GödöllĆ HĂV.
đïž Traces of Changes
- Baross Square reorganization: This ended the direct connection.
- 1970: When the first section of the East-West Metro opened, the HĂV was cut back to Ărs vezĂ©r tere. The RĂĄkosszentmihĂĄly line was discontinued.
đ§ The Last Remnants
After Albertirsai Road, the track was kept for operational connection: the GödöllĆ line connects to the MĂV network via the TörökĆr freight yard.
- The connecting track is single-track, with both rails preserved only on a short section.
- The overhead line was removed in the late 1990s or around 2000.
- Previously electric locomotives, today diesel locomotives tow the green HĂV cars for maintenance. âĄâĄïžđ€ïž
đ Interesting Facts
The old HĂV route does not fully match the current line, as the metro line was moved away when Kerepesi Road was widened. This area is thus a special time-travel adventure for geocachers into the history of Budapestâs transport. đ”ïžââïž
