This cache is located a very short walk from the Fuller Heights baseball fields. In order to learn the location of the final, you must complete the NoVaGO OFT 25: Baseball Adventure Lab.
The code necessary to unlock the certitude is found in the lab. Enter the info you get into ABCDE order.
The final is located in a Prince William County Park, and therefore can only be sought during daylight hours.
